During this small group class we'll use dynamic movements to train the body to move the way it's meant to move, pain free.  

Move Free Mobility is for everyone, beginners to seasoned athletes. Our Move Free Mobility will help you with all activities: whether strength training, gardening, playing with your kids/grandkids, hitting a PR at the gym, training for an event, building strong sport skills, or enjoying nature hikes with friends.

Learn how to change the long term affects of daily life patterns and habits that can create chronic pain.

This class is a great compliment to any of our strength classes or on it's own.
