PERSONAL TRAINING

PRIVATE STUDIO

One on one, we'll talk to you about your goals, likes & dislikes and individual experience and capabilities.  A conversation and movement assessment allows us to prepare a customized program just for you.  We'll use our InBody body composition analysis tools to track and measure progress towards your optimal health goals. Although body fat loss may be a goal, and we can certainly measure that, we'll also focus on gains! Increases in skeletal muscle and more!  

 

What you get is, one hour sessions, a positive coaching experience with a qualified, female personal trainer , and a program with exercises and intensity appropriate and effective for you and your goals. Nutrition coaching using our Fuel & Thrive program, is also included. Plus an app is your customized, one stop shop for access to your training programs, tracking gains, nutrition support, regular check ins for support and motivation.
