PERSONAL TRAINING

PRIVATE STUDIO OR ONLINE

One on one, we talk to you about your goals, likes & dislikes and individual experience and capabilities.  A conversation and movement assessment allows us to prepare a customized program just for you. 

 

What you get is 12 private, one hour sessions, positive coaching with a qualified personal trainer and a program with exercises and intensity appropriate and effective for you and your goals. Nutrition coaching using our Fuel & Thrive program designed for women, is also included. Plus regular check ins and communication for support and motivation.  As a bonus!  Unlimited Gentle Yoga is also included. Gentle Yoga compliments your personal strength training by improving flexibility, reducing stress, improving sleep, aiding in muscle recovery and promotes overall well-being.

LEARN TO LIFT HEAVY

PRIVATE STUDIO ONLY

As women, it's especially important to include LIFTING HEAVY as part of our regular training schedule. Lifting heavy weights stimulates muscle development for the sake of strength, longevity, independence. brain health, cardiovascular health & body composition.   

In these 12 semi-private sessions, Coach Lynda, who is a 1X National Power Lifting record holder, will teach you to LIFT HEAVY weights safely.  You'll learn how to progressively increase the weight of your lifts.  We'll focus mainly on the bench press, deadlift & squat series of Power Lifting exercises using the Olympic barbell.  You'll challenge your body & mind, work towards your own personal records (PRs) & feel inspired and empowered by what you can achieve.
