Get strong & steady. Improve your strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and balance.
This small group class is for older adults or others who have not engaged in an exercise routine recently, feel their mobility is challenged and or are recovering from surgery or an injury. The exercises are low impact and can be adjusted to your individual needs and ability. The focus is on the unique mobility, strength and balance needs and goals of this group. The activities will help you continue to be healthy, functional and thrive at every age.
