Service Description

This small group class is functional training for older women or others who haven't engaged in an exercise routine recently or feel their mobility is challenged. The focus in on the unique mobility, strength and balance needs and goals of each client. The activities will help you continue to be healthy, functional and thrive at every age. The exercises are low impact and include floor work.
